Etta

Etta is warm, strong, and full of life. From her family's farm in Baucau, she grew up with a deep understanding of plants, flavours, and what food can do for people. She cooks with knowledge, instinct, and a modern touch where it suits. For us, she is the best chef in Timor-Leste. We have yet to be argued out of it.
